Designed for youth, families, homeschoolers, and folks with special needs and their support staff. We provide guided exploration for potters of all ages and abilities.
Youth Potters: Spring Break Camp April 14-18, 1-4pm / $250
No Prerequisite
No previous wheel experience required. A one-week wheel class for potters age 10-18 in which they will learn basic throwing, decoration techniques, and glaze basics. All will finish the week with a number of completed pieces.
Pottery For All / 3:30-5:30pm $240
Tailored for potters 8+ No experience required, and conveniently scheduled for after school: 3:30-5:30pm. Fee includes all instruction, materials, and firings. Support staff are invited to work side-by-side at no extra charge.
Family Clay / $320
The entire family can learn the fundatmentals of pottery and work with a dedicated instructor to custom-build your ideal 3-session private course (2 hours per session). Learn the basic techniques of throwing on the potter's wheel and work a number of pieces to completion over 6 hours of private instruction. All instruction, materials, glazes, firings, and use of studio tools included. For ages 8+, maximum 4 people. Flexible scheduling available.
